Erica Fuerst was born and raised in a small town suburban town just outside of Sacramento, California. As a child athlete, Erica was no stranger to the fitness world. Involved in gymnastics and swimming at a young age, Erica was attracted to the competitive nature and health aspect associated with such activities. Working out has always been a part of her life beginning with daily conditioning workouts as a gymnast.

Looking for ways to make her a stronger swimmer, she began using her parent’s home gym to get an advantage on girls she was swimming against. She began to improve her strength and time and was hooked! Asking only for a gym membership for her 15th Birthday, Erica knew that fitness would be deeply engrained in her life forever. At 17 she noticed two girls in the gym that were training for fitness competitions and was intrigued by their lean muscular physiques.

At that time she began training for her first competition once she turned 18. After four fitness competitions, the Figure division was introduced and Erica was looking forward to something new. After two Figure competitions, she earned her pro-card at the tender age 22.

Today Erica resides in Orange County, California, where she is sponsored by Nutrex Research, is a personal trainer, and offers her services as a hairstylist/Makeup Artist/Tanning Technician at bodybuilding and fitness competitions. Erica has over 9 years of experience in the competitive world of fitness, inclusive of 10 competitions.

Recently Erica was chosen to be a part of the new Vitrix Model Team and has enjoyed learning and growing her modeling talent. Erica is a sought after and well respected fitness model and trainer.
