I started with Erica at my wits-end and highest weight. I came to her with an obvious forty extra pounds and wishing to enter a bikini competition in my home town in less than fourteen weeks.
Erica told me that it would be a challenge but “you can only build a brick house one brick at a time.” Erica set me up with an initial plan consisting of different daily cardio options as well as a weight and meal plan.
Erica’s main goal was to make sure each of these things was something I could implement into my daily life. She individualized the entire plan around my current weight, measurements and goal. This plan was altered each week after sending my weight and measurements along with photos to her and we would schedule our weekly telephone meeting. Erica was always available anytime I needed her either by phone, text or email. She always gave me the time I needed with her via weekly or sometimes daily phone conversations. I felt like she always had my best interests and goals at heart. There were a few times that Erica had more confidence in me and my ability than I entertained.
This was the fifth NPC event I had entered and for the first time, truly enjoyed the process. My weight the day of the show was forty five pounds lost, 10 inches from my waist, and placed fifth place with a trophy in my first bikini competition and a very satisfying conclusion.
